Block Editor Changes
Version 0.4.0
Added
- Added a new block for displaying contact information (uconn/uc-contact-info)
- Added new functionality for checking alt text for images in the block editor. If no alt text for the image is provided -- or if the image is not marked as decorative -- the block will turn red, an error message will appear, and the user will not be able to submit the post until an alt text has been provided or the image has been marked as decorative
- A link to further UConn documentation regarding alt text provided to the user as a link inside the banner
- This also compares an image's alt text with its caption (if it exists) and provides similar functionality if the alt text and caption are equal
- Added a custom query block that can be used to display an A-Z list of posts, posts as accordions, or a paginated view of posts. Numerous arguments can be passed to filter the results of the query.
Fixed
- Allowed for more controls and filters when using the query loop extension of the Query Loop block (called Recent Posts)

- Opacity slider for core/button block hover color selection
Fixed
- Fixed a bug where
uc-decorative-imageswas not properly displaying decorative image toggle in block editor. - Color contrast only applies for blocks with a non-empty content, meaning group blocks can now have a color without failing the contrast ratio check
- Fixed padding on full-width blocks to match padding of primary Cynder container div
- Block contextual menu no longer drifts up the screen when editing
